Rookie Firefighter Jumps Into Action

Alamosa, CO—Rookie firefighter Josh Cline from Alamosa High School, employed at Woody’s Q Shack, used a fire extinguisher to put out a fire in an electric meter behind the restaurant. His actions prevented potential damage to nearby businesses. The Alamosa Fire Department arrived to assist and monitor the situation until Xcel Energy staff took over.
