Off-Duty Firefighter Runs Into Burning Wallington Home to Rescue Victim Inside

Wallington, NJ—An off-duty firefighter, Robert Decker, rushed into a burning home with a fire extinguisher to rescue a partially conscious victim. Decker, a 20-year veteran of the Wallington Fire Department, managed to extinguish enough to pull the man out safely. The victim was taken to the hospital and is reported to be stable.
