Declo, ID—Three Idaho Transportation Department workers, Dan Conner, Travis Hire, and Ruth Munoz, saved a woman from a burning car along I-84 near Declo. Conner used a fire extinguisher to temporarily control the flames while Hire rescued the woman from the vehicle. Read the entire article here.
